Pre-Order Policy

1. Pre-orders are shipped out on a first ordered, first filled basis. With 95% of new product releases we are able to ship on or before the release date.

2. Your credit card will be charged when your order ships.

3. Please place pre-orders separately from order for prodcuts that are currently in stock. All products ordered with pre-orders will be shipped when the pre-order product becomes available.

 4. Miniatures such as Heroclix, Mechwarrior, D & D, Axis & Allies, and Star Wars can sometimes be allocated. If this is the case orders will be shipped on a first ordered, first filled basis. To insure that your order will be shipped on or before the release date please place your pre-order early. Please contact us with any questions.
